I engaged the services of Andrew and Lindsay, best thing I ever did. They literary walked me every step of the way. I requested first a rental property so that I would have a base to work from on the area I was interested in buying. They suggested a period of five weeks. They found me the perfect rental and as soon as I was settled they started showing me properties. Andrew listened to what worked and did not worked for me on each showing and tailored the next one accordingly. By the end of the five weeks he found me my perfect house and closed on it. They walked me through every aspect of the transactions. In addition they supplied me with a list of all possible numbers I would need for utilities, HOA, cable, etc. To present day I still call Lindsay when I need a referral for CPA and lawyer and she is always happy to oblige. Overall I could not be happier and thank God that I found them. I reffered them to my brother and sister-in-law which were making a similar move. They could not be any happier with them.
