I am very passionate about selling homes as I earn a living for my family. It is my full time job to get my clients top dollar for their home in the shortest amount of time.

It irks me that real estate agents take this responsibility so lightly. And it shows in their photos, description, marketing, and negotiating during the sell process. I wish sellers would take the time to interview real estate agents and ask questions like average days on market, average list to sell ratio, or how the agent will market to sell their property differently than other agents; then hold each agent to their words. It offers a full public description maximizing the floorplan, schools, community and upgrades.  Each property is then marketed out through multiple channels from yard sign to internet. If interest in the home slows, we take the time to re-write and re-market to generate maximum exposure for each home regardless of the sale price before we just lower a price. We use keywords in our public descriptions that help each home we sell to be found through internet channels.
